The countless possibilities of the production of diverse
sounds are naturally the essence of electronic music. No
matter if it is sine wave or noise, pulse-width modulation
or granular synthesis. This workshop deals with methods of
realizing the most common of them with Supercollider
wholly pragmatically. A bit of basic knowledge about the
functions of synthesizers and programming languages is a
big advantage, but not necessary. The topics would be
adjusted to the demands of the course participants to the
greatest extent. We will work everything out together in
the workshop. Please bring along a laptop with an
installed and functioning version of
Supercollider.
